What We Do
We install replacement windows for single-family homes, multi-family buildings, and commercial properties. Residential work ranges from single-unit insert replacements (where the frame stays and a new sash is dropped in) to full-frame tear-outs with new rough-opening framing. For commercial clients we work with storefront aluminum systems — fixed lites, operable units, and full glass wall sections. All residential replacements are energy-efficient double-pane units; we discuss Low-E coating, gas fill, and frame material options (vinyl or fiberglass) based on your orientation, elevation, and budget.
Don't Let Old Windows Bleed Energy.
Single-pane and failed dual-pane windows are a silent drag on every heating and cooling bill — and a drag on resale value.
- Energy Waste — Failed seals and single-pane glass can lose 25–35% of the heat you just paid to generate.
- Condensation — Fogged glass between panes indicates seal failure and shortens window life.
- Drafts — Comfort complaints room-by-room usually trace back to window performance.
- Curb Appeal — Aged windows date a home and reduce first impressions on buyers.

Our Process
-
Measurement and condition assessment
Every opening is measured in multiple spots — old houses and commercial buildings are rarely square. We document frame and sill condition before finalizing the spec.
-
Product selection and order
We walk you through frame material, glass package, and hardware options. Windows are ordered to exact dimensions once the scope is confirmed.
-
Installation
Insert or full-frame installation per opening. Interior and exterior trim addressed. We haul away all old windows and packaging debris.
-
Inspection and sign-off
We test every operable unit, check seals, verify exterior caulking, and walk through the finished work with you before we pack up.
Representative Projects
- Full-frame replacement of 14 double-hung windows on a 1970s ranch home — vinyl frames, double-pane Low-E, 3 days.
- Insert replacement of 8 casement windows in a newer home where frames are in good condition — 1.5 days.
- Commercial storefront glass replacement on a strip mall unit — two fixed lites and a door unit after vehicle impact, 1 day.
Common Questions About Windows
Insert replacement versus full-frame — what is the difference?
An insert replacement keeps the existing frame in place and drops a new window unit into it. It is faster and less disruptive — good when the frame is solid. Full-frame replacement removes everything including the frame and trim, which is necessary when there is rot, moisture damage, or when you want to change the window size or style.
What window frame material do you recommend for Utah?
Vinyl handles Utah temperature swings well, is low-maintenance, and available at a range of price points. Fiberglass is more dimensionally stable and a better choice for very large units or south-facing exposures with intense sun exposure. We discuss trade-offs during your estimate.
Will new windows noticeably reduce my heating bills?
It depends heavily on what you are replacing. Upgrading from single-pane or failed double-pane windows to quality Low-E units typically produces a meaningful improvement. If you already have decent double-pane windows, the payback period is longer. We do not make specific savings promises, but replacing failed or single-pane windows is nearly always a positive return.
Do you handle permit work for window replacements?
Many like-for-like window replacements do not require a permit in Utah jurisdictions, but requirements vary by city and scope. We address permit questions during your estimate once we know the full scope of work.
