Per-Linear-Foot Pricing Schedule

Commercial office building with quality exterior finish

All pricing assumes standard daytime scheduling (7 a.m. to 5 p.m.) within 30 miles of Salt Lake City. Route-and-fill, cracks 1/4 to 3/4 inch: $1.75 to $2.50 per lf. Route-and-fill, cracks 3/4 to 1.5 inches (wider routing required): $2.25 to $3.00 per lf. Clean-and-fill only, cracks 1/4 to 1/2 inch: $0.75 to $1.25 per lf. Router-only service (client arranges separate sealant application): $0.50 to $0.75 per lf. Re-routing existing failed sealant: $1.25 to $2.00 per lf (failed sealant must be removed before re-application). Sand broadcast (included by default, invoiced separately only on client request): included in above rates.

Mobilization and Combination Project Pricing

Crack seal mobilization: $300 to $600 depending on distance. Combination project discount: when crack sealing is performed on the same day as seal coat application—crack seal first in the morning, seal coat after 48-hour cure schedule (two separate mobilizations, 2 days apart)—we offer a 10 percent discount on the crack seal mobilization for return visits within 5 days. Combination booking with striping: scheduling crack seal and re-striping on the same project (same week) allows shared mobilization on the second service. Multi-property routing: property management companies with multiple sites within the Salt Lake Valley can schedule multiple properties on a single crew day, with mobilization charged only once. Contact us to schedule a multi-property rotation.

Volume Discount Tiers

0 to 500 lf: list price. 501 to 1,500 lf: 5 percent discount on material and labor. 1,501 to 3,000 lf: 8 percent discount. 3,001 to 6,000 lf: 12 percent discount. Over 6,000 lf: contact for project pricing. Annual maintenance contracts for properties over 50,000 sq ft of lot area include pre-negotiated per-linear-foot rates for the contract year, guaranteed spring scheduling window (April–May), and a 5 percent loyalty discount in Year 2 and beyond.

After-Hours and Weekend Pricing

Evening crack seal scheduling (5 p.m. to 11 p.m.): 20 percent premium on labor. Overnight crack seal (11 p.m. to 6 a.m.): 30 percent premium on labor. Weekend scheduling (Saturday or Sunday): 25 percent premium on labor. Material cost is unchanged for all scheduling windows. After-hours crack sealing is popular with restaurants and retailers that cannot close their lots during business hours. Note: hot-air lance drying of evening cracks is included at no additional charge when ambient temperature is expected to drop below 60°F during the work window.

Common Questions

Is routing material (router bit wear) included in the per-linear-foot price?
Yes. Router bit wear is included in our per-linear-foot route-and-fill pricing. We do not add a separate bit-wear surcharge. Sealant material is also included. The only cost components not in the per-lf price are mobilization (listed separately) and permits (passed through at cost, rare for crack sealing).
Do you offer a unit-price contract for a season?
Yes. A season unit-price agreement locks in the per-linear-foot rates for the current calendar year with an agreed-upon quantity range. This protects you from mid-season material price increases and guarantees our scheduling availability during peak spring and fall windows.
How does payment work for annual maintenance programs?
Annual maintenance programs are invoiced net-30 after each service visit. Multi-year agreements use the same net-30 per-visit invoicing unless you prefer an annual retainer arrangement—we can accommodate either.
